INFORMATION COLLECTED BY IZIZA

Personally Identifiable Information

We may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information ("PII"), which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally when you are using our Sites. For example, we may require PII when you register with our Forum or at other times, such as if you choose to participate in one of our competitions, attend a writing workshop or other promotional events. PII can include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or mobile telephone number, and date of birth. We may also ask you to create a user name for the forum and a password, where applicable, and provide us with demographic information (such as information about your age or gender), information regarding your interests, or similar information.

You may participate in Viral Marketing efforts in which case you may also have the opportunity to provide us with the PII of a friend (or for a friend to provide such information about you), such as a name or an e-mail address, if you choose to e-mail a friend an electronic card or participate in another special feature on the Site. Submissions

IZIZA Publishing welcomes children to learn more about our organisation and, where appropriate, participate in polls and surveys, as well as submit comments, writings, and other submissions for posting on our Forum on our Web site. We encourage this be done only with their parent's knowledge and supervision. We also encourage children to use an alias (e.g., "Bookworm", etc.), first name, nickname, initials, or other alternative to full names or screen names which correspond with an email address for any activities which will involve public posting. We encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of email and other online activities regularly.

Our Security Safeguard

The safety and security of your online experience is of the utmost concern to us. We ensure the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures are in place to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. .
